Delivery Terms
EXW (Ex Works)
Delivery is deemed complete upon handover of the goods at the location designated by NYS Inc.
All displayed prices represent product-only prices.
Shipping costs, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and any other expenses related to transportation are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If the customer is unable to arrange transportation independently, we can propose suitable shipping methods and provide transportation cost estimates upon request.

Payment Deadline
Payment must be completed by the deadline specified by NYS Inc. after order confirmation.
Delivery Time
For in-stock products, shipment will be made within 7 business days after payment confirmation, in principle.
This does not apply to specially formulated or made-to-order products. Delivery times for such items will be communicated individually.
Returns and Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted except in cases of product defects.
- In the event of initial defects or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
- OEM products and made-to-order items cannot be canceled or returned after specifications are finalized.
Defective Products
If a defect attributable to NYS Inc. is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
