5. Application Method
- 1. Rinse off dust and contaminants thoroughly.
- 2. Perform necessary surface preparation (wash, decontamination, degreasing).
- 3. Ensure the surface is completely dry with no residual moisture.
- 4. Wrap a coating cloth around the applicator block and apply a small amount of coating.
- 5. Work in 30–50 cm sections, spreading evenly in cross-hatch patterns.
- 6. Wipe off immediately with a clean microfiber towel before the product dries.
- 7. Repeat application and wipe-off process for the entire surface.
- 8. Inspect carefully to ensure no residue or streaks remain.
6. Precautions During Application
Avoid direct sunlight or working on hot panels.
In warm or humid conditions, reduce the working area to prevent premature curing.
Do not over-apply; excessive product may cause haze or streaks.
After use, close the cap tightly and store in a cool, dark place.
